For this client we have created an web design in the clients favorite colors adding a JQuery slide in header section.
Also we have search engine optimized his website for the keyword phrase: Alt i hjul (585.000 search results) and while this post is being written he has a #2 ranking on his keyword phrase.
Another thing we made for the client is the product graphics with product description bars.
